SERVICES
The Alliance provides the following services:
1. Establish the Headquarters of the Alliance in Los Angeles and establish various overseas chapters to recruit Alliance members.
2. The Headquarters and the regional chapters organize forums, lectures and activities for public welfare, culture, education, and charity to promote Sun's literature and Chinese culture.
3. Encourage Chinese Americans to participate in mainstream associations, participate in elections for public officer, and contribute to society, so as to enhance the image and influence of Chinese Americans.
4. Cultivate the next generation of overseas Chinese in the United States, inherit and carry forward the fine Chinese culture, promote the understanding and exchanges of Eastern and Western cultures, achieve harmony in the international society, and pursue the great ideal of the world for the public and the world.
本聯盟提供以下服務：
1. 在洛杉磯成立聯盟總部，並在海外各地區成立分盟，召收盟員。
2. 總盟及各地區分盟，藉由舉辦公益、文化、教育、慈善等論壇、講座及活動，以發揚孫文學說及中華文化。
3. 鼓勵在美華人多參與主流社團，參加選舉出任公職，貢獻社會，以提昇在美華人的形象及影響力。
4. 培養下一代在美華僑，繼承發揚優良的中華文化，促進東西文化的了解與交流，達到國際社會的和諧，追求天下為公，世界大同的偉大理想。
近年來中國國民黨海外黨員已經日漸減少雕零，為了因應局勢的需要，海外的黨員制度必須走向多元化。因此，本聯盟開放給廣大的海外僑胞及青年學生加入，發展多元化的組織與結構，期能帶動海外中國國民黨的生命力及活力，完成中國國民黨未競之使命，承先啟後永續發展。
本聯盟認同海外信奉三民主義與孫文學說、支持中華民族的僑胞為中國國民黨的“精神黨員”。
對海外全體華人之展望: 海外中國國民黨聯盟真誠的歡迎所有海外華人同胞的加入與支持。海外的華人同胞， 無論來自何方，皆共同屬於同文同種中華民族大家庭之一員。
